Introduction to GPT-4

• Context window: GPT-4 has a limit on how many tokens it can look at at one time. this limit helps it understand context and relationships between words, but it also means that it may not be able to understand very long sentences or passages.
• Probability distributions and sampling: When GPT-4 generates text, it guesses the next word based on how likely the model thinks each word is. It then picks a word from these guesses, making it enough to create diverse and interesting sentences.
• Fine-grained control: GPT-4 can be guided to give specific types of answers or text to help get the results we want from the model by using techniques such as special hints or adjusting its settings.

Difference between ChatGPT and GPT-4

ChatGPT Not the same thing as GPT-4, ChatGPT is based on the GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 models and is specifically designed for conversational AI applications, such as generating human-like text responses based on user input.

And GPT-4 refers to the GPT seriesmacrolanguage modelof the current version - the engine that drives ChatGPT.

ChatGPT provides output that reads more naturally, and the GPT-4 is more powerful and can handle more text in terms of input/output.

Can I get free access to GPT-4?

The answer to that question: yes and no.

Users can access GPT-4 through ChatGPT, New Bing, and other software, and these platforms use GPT-4 to generate content and interact with users.
